95 Scheme pipeline elections

(1) A service provider for a non-scheme pipeline may elect for the pipeline to be dealt with under this Law as a scheme pipeline (a
"scheme pipeline election" ).

(2) A scheme pipeline election must be made in accordance with the Rules.
