(1) The Minister must give the tenure holder a notice stating each of the following—(a) that the Minister proposes to take noncompliance action against the holder;(b) the types of noncompliance action that may be taken against the holder and the type likely to be taken;(c) the grounds for taking noncompliance action against the holder;(d) the facts and circumstances that are the basis for the grounds;(e) that the holder may, within a stated period, lodge submissions about the proposal to take noncompliance action.
(2) The notice may state—(a) if the noncompliance action is likely to include amending the tenure—the likely amendment; and(b) the amount of any likely reduction of the area of the tenure.
(3) The stated period must be at least 20 business days after the holder is given the notice.
