PETROLEUM ACT 1923 - SECT 80X
Considering submissions
(1) The Minister must consider any submissions
lodged by the holder, during the period stated in the notice given under
section 80W .
(2) If the Minister decides not to take noncompliance action
the Minister must promptly give the holder a notice of the decision.
