PROSTITUTION ACT 1999 - SECT 107
Meetings
107 Meetings
(1) Meetings of the Authority are to be held at the times and places the
chairperson decides.
(2) The quorum at a meeting of the Authority is 5
members.
(3) Subject to this Act, the Authority may conduct its business,
including its meetings, in the way it considers appropriate.
