PROSTITUTION ACT 1999 - SECT 84

84 Complying with police requirement

(1) This section applies if a police officer enters a licensed brothel under section 59 .

(2) A person must comply with a requirement made under section 60 (1) (c) or (d) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
