PLANNING ACT 2016 - SECT 104
Effect of call in notice
(1) When the Minister gives a call in notice to the decision-maker— (a) any
decision by the decision-maker for the application is of no effect; and
(b)
any appeal against a decision by the decision-maker for the application is
discontinued; and
(c) the process for assessing the application starts again
from the restarting point.
(2) The giving of a call in notice does not stop a
local government giving or amending an infrastructure charges notice.
