Process after making or amending designation
38 Process after making or amending designation
(1) If, after considering any properly made submissions, the designator
decides to make or amend a designation, the designator must publish a gazette
notice that states— (a) that the designation has been made or amended; and
(b) a description of the designated premises; and
(c) the type of
infrastructure for which the premises were designated; and
(d) for an
amendment—the nature of the amendment.
(2) The designator must give the
following things to each affected party and the chief executive— (a) a copy
of the gazette notice;
(b) a notice of any requirements included in the
designation under section 35 (2) ;
(c) a notice of how the designator dealt
with any properly made submissions.
