Retrospective application of pt 9C in particular circumstances
226 Retrospective application of pt 9C in particular circumstances
(1) Part 9C applies in relation to a serious drug offence if the offender is
charged with the offence on or after the commencement, regardless of whether
the offence was committed before or after the commencement.
(2) In this
section—
"commencement" means the commencement of this section.
