PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 139
Defect in relation to a warrant
139 Defect in relation to a warrant
(1) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in the warrant, or in compliance
with section 136 , 137 or 138 , unless the defect affects the substance of the
warrant in a material particular.
(2) In this section—
"warrant" includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 138 (5) .
