"chairperson" , of a panel, means the person comprising the panel under this
chapter or, if the panel consists of more than 1 member, the person named as
chairperson by the Minister, by gazette notice.
"panel" means the panel of inquiry established under section 294 .
"witness requirement notice" see section 305 (1) .
