PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 450

450 Who may appeal

(1) An owner of a thing forfeited to a relevant entity under section 413 (1) who is dissatisfied with the decision resulting in the forfeiture may appeal against the decision.

(2) In this section—

"relevant entity" see section 413 (4) .
