PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 470
Notice relating to sewer, stormwater drain or sanitary convenience
470 Notice relating to sewer, stormwater drain or sanitary convenience
(1) This section applies to a notice under the Health Act 1937, section 94(3),
in force immediately before the commencement day.
(2) The order continues in
force as a public health order.
(3) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day section 23 commences.
