Lapsing of licence held under pt 5 of former regulation
151 Lapsing of licence held under pt 5 of former regulation
(1) This section applies if a person is the holder of a licence under part 5
of the former regulation immediately before the commencement.
(2) On the
commencement the licence lapses.
