Action to cancel or suspend a licence under pt 5 of former regulation
152 Action to cancel or suspend a licence under pt 5 of former regulation
(1) This section applies if a licence under part 5 of the former regulation
lapses under section 151.
(2) A notice under the former regulation to show
cause why a notice should not be given cancelling or suspending the licence
also lapses.
