When single licence may be issued for applications under pt 15 of the former regulation
155 When single licence may be issued for applications under pt 15 of the
former regulation
(1) This section applies if a local government has received applications for
registration or renewal of registration of 2 or more establishments (
"the premises" ) to which sections 153(2) and 154(2) apply.
(2) The local
government may issue a single licence to cover all the premises.
