PUBLIC HEALTH (INFECTION CONTROL FOR PERSONAL APPEARANCE SERVICES) ACT 2003 - SECT 158
Lapsing of registration of establishment registered under pt 15 of the former regulation
158 Lapsing of registration of establishment registered under pt 15 of the
former regulation
(1) This section applies if— (a) a person is the proprietor of an
establishment (
"the premises" ) registered under part 15 of the former regulation immediately
before the commencement; and
(b) services being provided at the premises are
not higher risk personal appearance services.
(2) The registration of the
establishment lapses.
