Tampering with seized things
92 Tampering with seized things
(1) If an authorised person restricts access to a seized thing, a person must
not tamper with the thing, or something restricting access to the thing,
without an authorised person’s approval. Penalty— Maximum
penalty—50 penalty units.
(2) In this section—
"tamper" includes attempt to tamper.
