PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE ACT 2010 - SECT 49
Right to apply to Supreme Court
49 Right to apply to Supreme Court
(1) This section applies only to a person who can not apply under section 48
to the industrial commission for an injunction about a reprisal.
(2) An
application for an injunction about a reprisal may be made to the Supreme
Court by— (a) a person claiming that the person is suffering or may suffer
detriment from a reprisal; or
(b) the Crime and Corruption Commission acting
in the person’s interests with the person’s consent if— (i) the person
is a public officer; and
(ii) the reprisal involves or may involve an act or
omission that the Crime and Corruption Commission may investigate.
