50 No right to apply for injunction if complaint made under the
Anti-Discrimination Act 1991
Despite sections 48 and 49 , a person may not apply for an injunction about a
reprisal under either of those provisions if the person makes a complaint
under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 about the reprisal.
