"listed" means listed on a stock exchange.
"registered bidder" , for an auction, means a person who is registered, as

"relevant contract" see section 160 .
"seller" , for a matter, includes the seller’s agent authorised to act for
the seller for the matter.
"termination penalty" , for a relevant contract, means an amount equal to
0.25% of the purchase price under the relevant contract.
