PROPERTY OCCUPATIONS ACT 2014 - SECT 211

211 Offensive conduct relating to residential property

(1) A marketeer must not unduly harass another person in connection with the sale or possible sale of residential property in Queensland.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—540 penalty units.

(2) In this section—

"unduly harass" includes—

(a) the use of any physical force; and

(b) coercion.
