POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 1998 - SECT 24B
What is a counterpart for a document
(1) A
"counterpart" , for a document, is a copy of the document that includes the
entire contents of the document.
(2) Despite subsection (1) , a counterpart
need not include— (a) the signatures of the other persons who are to sign
the document; or
(b) if a common seal is fixed to the document—the seal.
