Admissibility of evidence obtained through controlled activities or ancillary conduct
226 Admissibility of evidence obtained through controlled activities or
ancillary conduct
It is declared that evidence gathered because of a
controlled activity or ancillary conduct is not inadmissible only because it
was obtained by a person while engaging in an unlawful act if the unlawful act
was authorised under this chapter.
