(1) A person commits an offence if the person—(a) has been refused entry to an event; and(b) engages in out-of-control conduct near the event; and(c) as a result of the person’s conduct, the event becomes an out-of-control event.Penalty—Maximum penalty—110 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
(2) A person may be liable for an offence against subsection (1) even if another person’s conduct contributed to the event becoming an out-of-control event.
