Penalty—Maximum penalty—(a) if the person contravenes the direction by doing any of the following—(i) unlawfully assaulting, or threatening to assault, another person;(ii) unlawfully destroying or damaging, or threatening to destroy or damage, property;(iii) throwing, releasing or placing a thing in a way that endangers, or is likely to endanger, the life, health or safety of another person;165 penalty units or 3 years imprisonment; or(b) otherwise—110 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
