QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 105I

105I Defect in relation to a warrant

(1) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—

(a) the warrant; or

(b) compliance with this subdivision;

unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.

(2) In this section—

"warrant" includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 105H (3) .
