QUEENSLAND BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION ACT 1991 - SECT 37

37 Period of renewal

A licensee for any of the following licences may choose to renew the licence for a period of either 1 year or 3 years—

(a) a contractor’s licence;

(b) a nominee supervisor’s licence;

(c) a site supervisor’s licence;

(d) a fire protection occupational licence;

(e) a mechanical services occupational licence.
