Commission to advise licensee before licence due for renewal
37A Commission to advise licensee before licence due for renewal
(1) The commission must give notice in writing to a licensee at least 28 days
before the renewal day for the licensee’s licence.
(2) The notice must
state the following— (a) the renewal day for the licensee’s licence;
(b)
if the licensee is an individual, whether or not the commission requires 2
recent passport-size photographs of the licensee suitable for inclusion in a
licence and certified in the way prescribed by regulation;
(c) the renewal
fee for the licence and that it must be paid on or before the renewal day;
(d) for a contractor’s licence—when the documentary evidence, required by
the minimum financial requirements for the licence, must be given to the
commission.
