Meaning of unsatisfied judgment debt
67AT Meaning of unsatisfied judgment debt
(1) A judgment debt is
"unsatisfied" if it has not been paid in full within— (a) 28 days after
judgment is entered; or
(b) if a longer period is allowed by the court for
payment—the longer period.
(2) A judgment debt is not unsatisfied if the
judgment creditor has accepted and been paid an amount in full and final
settlement within the relevant period mentioned in subsection (1) .
