QUEENSLAND HERITAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 78

78 When is development liturgical development

Development is
"liturgical development" if the development—

(a) is in a place, or the precincts of a place, that is a place of public worship and a Queensland heritage place; and

(b) is required for a liturgical purpose; and

(c) is proposed by an official of a religious organisation with appropriate knowledge of its religious services.
