144 Sdivs 3, 3A and 4 apply subject to this subdivision
(1) Subdivisions 3 , 3A and 4 apply subject to this subdivision.
(2) Without
limiting subsection (1) , if this subdivision applies— (a) the chief
executive is taken to be an interested person for subdivision 3 or 3A ; and
(b) subdivision 4 applies with any modifications necessary because the chief
executive is taken to be an interested person.
