Consideration of objections by committee
232 Consideration of objections by committee
(1) If a park liaison committee is set up, it must consider all objections
properly made about the proposal and— (a) declare the proposal to be either
reasonable or unreasonable; or
(b) if it considers the proposal is
unreasonable—change the proposal in a way it considers appropriate to make
it reasonable.
(2) The committee must give written notice of its decision
to— (a) the objectors; and
(b) if the park owner is not a member of the
committee—the park owner.
