RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 313
Application for termination for lessor’s objectionable behaviour
(1) The tenant may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the
lessor has harassed, intimidated or verbally abused— (a) the tenant; or
(b)
another person occupying, or allowed on, the premises.
(2) An application
made under this section is called an application made because of
"objectionable behaviour" . Note— See sections 335 (2) and 345 for other
provisions about the application.
