Limited right of representation
405 Limited right of representation
(1) During the conciliation process, each party to the dispute must conduct
the party’s own case.
(2) However, a party may be represented by a person
if— (a) the party is a corporation or the conciliator is satisfied, and
continues to be satisfied, a person should be allowed to represent the party;
and
(b) the representative is approved by the conciliator.
