RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AND ROOMING ACCOMMODATION ACT 2008 - SECT 406
Parties’ participation in conciliation process not compellable
406 Parties’ participation in conciliation process not compellable
(1) A party to the dispute can not be compelled to participate in the
conciliation process.
(2) A party may withdraw from the conciliation process
at any time.
(3) The conciliation process may be ended at any time by the
conciliator.
