521 Non-application of Act to long-term leases on Hamilton Island
(1) From the commencement day, this Act does not apply to a long-term lease
entered into in relation to premises on Hamilton Island even if the lease is
for, or for purposes that include, residential purposes.
(2) To remove any
doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) does not apply to a sublease of a
long-term lease mentioned in subsection (1) if the sublease is not a
