"child" means a child whose parentage was transferred to an intended parent,
or intended parents, under a parentage order.
"interested person" , for an application for a discharge order, means—
(a) if the child is 18 years or more—the child; or
(b) each of the child’s birth parents and intended parents; or
(c) the Attorney-General.
