205 Definitions for div 4

In this division—

"commencement" means the commencement of this section.

"pre-amended Act" means this Act as in force before its amendment by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land (Providing Freehold) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 , section 41 .
