TOW TRUCK ACT 1973 - SECT 49
Show cause process not finally decided
(1) This section applies if— (a) the chief executive had given a written
notice to an authority holder under section 21C (2) or 21D (3) ; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally dealt
with matters relating to the written notice under section 21D (6) (the
"show cause process" ).
(2) The show cause process must continue under this
Act as in force after the commencement.
