TOW TRUCK ACT 1973 - SECT 4D
Meaning of towing consent
(1) A
"towing consent" is a document, in the approved form, between an occupier of
private property and the holder of a licence that states there is an
arrangement between the occupier and the holder under which the holder may,
until the arrangement is revoked by the occupier, tow a private property
motor vehicle from the property.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that
a towing consent does not constitute legal authority for the towing of a
motor vehicle from private property.
