TOW TRUCK ACT 1973 - SECT 51
Existing licence applications
51 Existing licence applications
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an
application for the grant or renewal of a licence had been made but not
decided.
(2) Sections 6 and 8 of the pre-amended Act continue to apply in
relation to the application as if the
Tow Truck and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018 had not been enacted.
(3)
In this section—
"pre-amended Act" means this Act as in force immediately before the
commencement.
