VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE ACT 2009 - SECT 63

63 General principles

In deciding an application for assistance, the government assessor must—

(a) observe the principles of natural justice; and

(b) act as quickly as the requirements under this Act and a proper consideration of the application permit.
