107C Meaning of usual employment

(1) A worker’s
"usual employment" is the worker’s permanent position or classification of employment.
(2) However, if a worker is temporarily appointed to another position or classification for a period, the worker’s
"usual employment" for the period of the temporary appointment is the temporary position or classification.
Example of usual employment for subsection (2)—
