AGENTS FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION REGULATION 2014 - REG 31

31 Retained records

(1) This section applies if—

(a) under section 58 of the repealed regulation, a person was required to keep a document for a period of not less than 5 years (the
"retention period" ); and

(b) the person is a principal agent; and

(c) on the commencement, the retention period has not expired.

(2) Section 58 of the repealed regulation continues to apply to the person in relation to the document.
