Composition of committee [SM, s 9]
10 Composition of committee [SM, s 9]
(1) A committee consists only of the person or persons chosen to be the
secretary and treasurer of the body corporate.
(2) A person may hold the
positions of secretary and treasurer in conjunction.
(3) There must be a
secretary and a treasurer, whether or not there is a body corporate manager
who has been authorised by the body corporate under section 119 of the Act to
exercise some or all of the powers of the secretary or treasurer.
(4) A
person who is a member of the committee is a voting member of the committee.
