Commencement of term of engagement [SM, s 142]
70 Commencement of term of engagement [SM, s 142]
(1) This section applies if the body corporate passes a resolution approving
the engagement of a person as a body corporate manager or service contractor.
(2) The resolution is of no effect if the term of the engagement does not
start within 12 months after the passing of the resolution.
