BUILDING REGULATION 2006 - REG 16DD

16DD Continuing professional development

(1) A person must accumulate the following number of points (
"CPD points" )—

(a) if the person is a building certifier—4 CPD points;

(b) otherwise—6 CPD points.

(2) A person accumulates CPD points by—

(a) completing CPD activities; or

(b) holding membership of a body mentioned in section 16DE (5) .
