CHILD EMPLOYMENT REGULATION 2016 - REG 39

39 Child employment guide

(1) This section does not apply to an employer of a child if the employer is a parent of the child.

(2) The employer must ensure the following are given to a parent of the child—

(a) information about the child employment guide;

(b) if requested by the parent—a copy of the guide.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units.
