(1) The employer must provide the child with safe drinking water at all times and provide food and beverages appropriate to the needs of the child on a regular basis while the child is at work.Penalty—Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2) The employer must ensure food or beverages provided for the child are nutritious, adequate in quantity and chosen having regard to the child’s age, culture, dietary requirements and taste.Penalty—Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
