No fee for copy of investigation document for family member of deceased person
8 No fee for copy of investigation document for family member of deceased
person
(1) This section applies if a family member of a deceased person is given
access to an investigation document under section 54 of the Act . Note— See
the definition
"family member" in schedule 2 of the Act .
(2) No fee is payable by the
family member for a copy of the investigation document.
